Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analyze search trends to optimize website content for SEO.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms to engage our target audience.
- Analyze web analytics data to provide actionable insights for improving user engagement.
- Create and edit professional content, including blog posts and candidate profiles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-converting campaign materials.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and human resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid Driver’s License (optional but preferred for local travel).
