Responsibilities
- Assist the technical support team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a knowledge base.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Set up and configure workstations, including peripherals and network connections.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior year preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the semester.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
