Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with daily data entry, reconciliation of bank statements, and account categorization.
- Prepare and format financial spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Conduct market research to support investment decisions and competitor analysis.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for internal review.
- Monitor and update internal financial databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings and assist in organizing financial workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
