Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quarterly investment performance reports for high-net-worth clients
- Support portfolio analysts by updating financial models and market valuation databases
- Conduct industry research and prepare competitive analysis summaries for asset allocation strategies
- Help maintain compliance documentation and audit trails for SEC-regulated activities
- Collaborate with operations team on trade settlement processing and reconciliation
- Participate in monthly client meeting preparation and presentation material development
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial functions)
- Basic understanding of financial statements and investment terminology
