Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to support client valuation projects
- Build financial models for M&A, LBO, and DCF scenarios using Excel and Bloomberg Terminal
- Prepare pitch books and executive summaries for senior leadership presentations
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on due diligence and transaction advisory projects
- Present findings to senior partners with data-driven recommendations
- Participate in weekly finance training sessions with industry experts
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 3.5+ GPA with strong academic performance in quantitative courses
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Familiarity with financial modeling concepts and valuation methodologies
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal or similar financial data platforms preferred
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Available for 12-week summer internship (June-August)
