Responsibilities
- Assist with financial statement analysis, variance reporting, and budget forecasting
- Support treasury operations including cash flow analysis and liquidity management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for financial products
- Prepare financial models, reports, and presentations for executive review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic finance initiatives
- Utilize financial software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data processing
- Participate in weekly finance department meetings and contribute insights
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with coursework in corporate finance, accounting principles, or statistics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or relevant coursework experience preferred
- Knowledge of financial markets and banking industry fundamentals
