Responsibilities
- Assist with financial modeling, budget forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly financial statements and performance reports
- Conduct market research and industry trend analysis for investment opportunities
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial software for data analysis
- Collaborate on cross-departmental financial projects
- Present findings to senior finance leadership
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial analysis concepts
- Excellent quantitative and analytical reasoning abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 20-30 hours/week through December 2023
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
