Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Conduct market research and compile data for internal presentations and client proposals.
- Support the finance team in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly tax documents and compliance filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts on business operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
