Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends for client projects
- Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel
- Prepare pitch books and client presentation materials
- Research industry sectors and competitive landscapes
- Assist with due diligence processes for M&A transactions
- Support senior team members on live deals and advisory work
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business
- Minimum 3.5 GPA with strong academic standing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros)
- Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during internship period
- Interest in investment banking or corporate finance
