Responsibilities
- Support financial modeling and valuation projects for corporate clients
- Assist in preparing pitch books and client presentation materials
- Conduct industry and market research for transaction advisory services
- Participate in client meetings and due diligence processes
- Monitor market trends and prepare weekly investment reports
- Shadow senior bankers on client calls and deal negotiations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3.5+ GPA with strong quantitative coursework
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Knowledge of financial statements and valuation methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous internship or relevant coursework in finance preferred
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
