Responsibilities
- Assist senior bankers in building financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A comps) in Excel
- Prepare pitch books, valuation reports, and client presentations
- Conduct industry and market research to support deal execution
- Participate in due diligence processes for M&A and advisory projects
- Analyze financial statements and market trends for investment recommendations
- Support deal teams in transaction execution and client relationship management
- Present findings to senior bankers through weekly progress reviews
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3.5 GPA from an accredited institution
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
- Previous finance internship or relevant coursework in corporate finance
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
