Responsibilities
- Assist in building financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A accretion/dilution)
- Prepare pitch books and client presentation materials
- Conduct industry and market research for transaction support
- Analyze financial statements and perform due diligence
- Support in valuation analysis and comps preparation
- Participate in internal strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3.5+ GPA with strong academic standing
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables)
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during academic term
