Responsibilities
- Assist in building complex financial models (DCF, M&A comps, LBO)
- Prepare pitch materials and client presentations using PowerPoint and Excel
- Conduct industry research and market analysis for sector reports
- Support due diligence processes including financial statement analysis
- Collaborate on valuation projects for private equity clients
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls
- Manage data room documentation and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Junior/Senior pursuing Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 3.5+ GPA with coursework in corporate finance or investments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables)
- Experience with financial modeling software (Bloomberg, FactSet preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during academic semesters
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
