Responsibilities
- Assist in building complex financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A comps)
- Prepare pitch books and client presentations using PowerPoint
- Conduct industry and company research for deal sourcing
- Analyze financial statements and market trends
- Support due diligence processes for acquisition targets
- Participate in client meetings and drafting meeting minutes
- Create data visualizations using Excel and Tableau
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3.5+ GPA preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros)
- Familiarity with financial modeling concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during summer term
- Interest in technology or healthcare sectors a plus
