Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry developments, and investment opportunities.
- Support the finance team with data entry, reconciliation of accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss portfolio performance and strategic planning.
- Prepare presentations and visual aids for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and update internal databases with relevant market data.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
