Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, market research reports, and pitch decks for prospective clients.
- Modeling Support: Utilize Excel to build and maintain financial models for asset allocation and performance tracking.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry news, and competitive landscapes to support investment decisions.
- Client Support: Shadow meetings with high-net-worth clients and assist in preparing meeting materials and correspondence.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain internal databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and identify key trends within financial datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including occasional evening events.
