Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Perform detailed data entry and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the finance team in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist in strategic planning.
- Utilize financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to track financial transactions.
- Prepare presentation materials for executive leadership meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Understanding of basic financial concepts and GAAP principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be available to work on-site in Miami, FL.
