What You Will Do:
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuation analysis for various asset classes.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive landscape analysis.
- Support the accounting department with monthly reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare executive summaries and presentation decks for internal review.
- Monitor economic indicators and prepare daily market briefs.
- Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory filings.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work on-site in San Francisco for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
