Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Conduct in-depth market research and compile data for internal presentations and client reports.
- Support the budgeting process by gathering data and assisting in the creation of financial models.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles is preferred.
