Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with daily accounting operations, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support the budgeting process by collecting and organizing departmental expense data.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and assist in strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to team members.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Must be available to work part-time during the semester.
