- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and support decision-making.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
