Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts with financial data collection and market research
- Create investment summaries using Excel and financial modeling tools
- Participate in client meetings and portfolio review sessions
- Develop financial literacy through workshops and case studies
- Support daily operations in our fast-paced trading environment
- Contribute to quarterly performance reports and trend analyses
- Shadow executives to understand business strategy and financial decision-making
Qualifications
- Current high school junior/senior or recent graduate (18+)
- Strong academic record (3.0+ GPA) with math/economics focus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic understanding of stock markets and financial concepts
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during summer (June-August)
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Valid CA driver's license preferred (for occasional client meetings)
