Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Conduct data entry and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform research on market trends and competitor financial performance.
- Support the budgeting process by gathering and analyzing departmental data.
- Attend team meetings and take detailed minutes to track action items.
- Prepare presentations for senior management regarding financial findings.
- Utilize financial software (SAP, QuickBooks) to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of basic financial concepts and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.
