Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts with financial data collection and basic modeling tasks
- Conduct market research and prepare summary reports for investment portfolios
- Support client communication through email and phone interactions
- Learn and apply Excel functions for financial calculations and data visualization
- Participate in weekly finance workshops covering stocks, bonds, and economic trends
- Shadow professionals during client meetings and trading floor observations
- Contribute to team projects using Bloomberg Terminal fundamentals
Qualifications
- Current high school student (ages 16-18) in Miami-Dade County
- Strong academic record (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Interest in finance, economics, or business careers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours/week for 10 weeks
- Valid Florida ID or driver's license for office access
