Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Support the finance team in maintaining accurate general ledger records and reconciling accounts.
- Perform data entry and cleaning using advanced Excel functions and financial software (SAP/QuickBooks).
- Conduct market research and compile competitive intelligence for internal review.
- Prepare presentation materials for executive stakeholders.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking for various departments.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
