Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and analyzing financial data.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist in strategic planning.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in our accounting software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Prepare visual presentations and reports to summarize financial performance for management.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of financial documentation and contracts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and charts.
- Attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in numerical data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) is a plus but not required.
