Memphis Financial Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Finance Intern to join our growing team immediately. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Conduct market research and analyze financial data to support investment decisions.
- Prepare financial models and presentations for internal stakeholders and management reviews.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Support the audit process by organizing financial documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to obtain a background check and pass a credit check (for certain roles).
