What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with the month-end close process.
- Perform financial data entry and maintain accurate records in our accounting software.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support strategic financial planning.
- Support the budgeting team in tracking expenses and preparing presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to team members.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
