Responsibilities
- Assist the finance department with the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support the budgeting process by collecting data and analyzing variances.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to manage spreadsheets and databases.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and audit documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Communicate with internal departments to clarify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced functions in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to start immediately and work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
