Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Conduct market research and compile data for internal presentations and executive summaries.
- Support the budgeting process by gathering inputs from various departments and tracking expenses.
- Analyze financial trends and assist in forecasting future financial performance.
- Prepare basic financial models and assist in the audit preparation process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Basic understanding of financial terminology and accounting principles.
