What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with daily data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Conduct market research to support investment decisions and financial planning.
- Organize and file financial documents, invoices, and contracts to ensure compliance.
- Shadow senior staff during meetings to observe financial analysis and decision-making processes.
- Support the payroll and billing departments with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data entry.
