Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with daily data entry, reconciliation, and record-keeping.
- Conduct preliminary market research and analyze financial news to support investment decisions.
- Prepare and format basic financial reports and presentations for internal review.
- Support the auditing process by organizing and classifying financial documents.
- Learn to utilize industry-standard financial software and advanced Excel functions.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward professional development.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen interest in learning Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
