Responsibilities
- Assist the finance department with daily data entry, reconciliation, and filing of financial documents.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support internal reporting.
- Prepare and maintain basic financial spreadsheets, including budgets and expense reports.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable teams with daily operational tasks.
- Attend weekly training sessions to learn financial modeling and accounting fundamentals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- High school diploma or GED required; no prior professional experience necessary.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week.
