Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with daily data entry and record keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and organize financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for management review.
- Conduct research on market trends and financial news to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the payroll and accounts payable processes by verifying invoices and processing payments.
- File and maintain physical and digital financial documents in an organized manner.
- Monitor expenses and assist in the preparation of budget summaries.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance financial knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and corporate finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus but not required.
