Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with daily data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Support senior analysts in preparing basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Reconcile bank statements and expense reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Organize and archive financial documents and contracts.
- Conduct basic market research to assist in project planning and strategy.
- Answer incoming client inquiries regarding account status and service information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a major plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data processing.
