Responsibilities
- Assist the finance department with daily data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and organize financial documents, spreadsheets, and reports for management review.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Maintain and update the company’s financial filing systems and databases.
- Support the payroll and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Attend team meetings and assist in the preparation of quarterly presentations.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- High school diploma or GED required (college students welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant coursework in mathematics, statistics, or financial principles is a plus.
