Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the finance team with budget tracking and expense categorization.
- Conduct basic market research and compile data for internal presentations.
- Learn and utilize financial software and accounting tools under supervision.
- Attend team meetings and assist in ad-hoc administrative finance projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial analysis, accounting, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups are a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior professional experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
