Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support investment decisions.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with general ledger entries using accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks).
- Support the budgeting process by gathering data and creating visual presentations.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare expense reports and maintain accurate filing systems.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Currently enrolled in junior or senior year of college (or recent graduate).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
