Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Assist the finance team in preparing monthly reports, budget analyses, and variance reports.
- Accounting Support: Help maintain accurate general ledger records and reconcile accounts.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and investment opportunities.
- Excel Modeling: Create and update financial models and spreadsheets to support decision-making processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial documentation adheres to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Client Support: Provide administrative support to financial advisors and assist in client presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling financial data and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, including some weekends or evenings if needed.
