Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with data collection, cleaning, and analysis to support internal reports.
- Conduct market research and compile data on industry trends to aid in investment decision-making.
- Prepare and organize financial documentation, including budgets, expense reports, and reconciliations.
- Support the accounting department with month-end close procedures and audit preparations.
- Utilize financial modeling software and tools to visualize data and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor and update financial dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros are a plus).
- Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
