- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and organize basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Support the team in processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to assist in decision-making.
- Attend departmental meetings and take detailed minutes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
