Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Support the finance team in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Utilize financial modeling tools to project future financial scenarios.
- Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders regarding financial performance.
- Assist in the audit process by gathering necessary documentation and schedules.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
