Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on industry trends and competitor performance.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking processes.
- Utilize Excel and financial software to maintain and update complex databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Participate in client meetings to take detailed minutes and summarize action items.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth potential.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
