Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and quarterly reports.
- Modeling Support: Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel and internal financial systems to identify trends and opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Support the treasury team with cash flow projections and assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within the finance department and propose data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with a graduation date of December 2024 or later.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Macros) required; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to a diverse audience.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
