Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Support the budgeting process by collecting data and reconciling discrepancies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial decision-making.
- Create and update financial models to project future performance and scenarios.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is required.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.
