Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team in preparing monthly financial statements and reconciliation reports.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Conduct market research to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Support the coordination of internal audits and compliance documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Monitor cash flow and update financial tracking spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
