Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Optimize backend APIs and database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-up meetings
- Create technical documentation and API specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with senior engineers
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tooling initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
- Experience with RESTful API design and development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and algorithm knowledge
- Portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to commit 20+ hours/week for 6+ months
