The Role:
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure system stability.
- Testing: Participate in the testing process, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure software reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems and APIs.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the technical growth of the department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Students with relevant projects are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend languages (Python, Java, or Node.js).
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
