Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural networks and deep learning models.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Synthetic Data frameworks.
- Design fault-tolerant, high-performance distributed computing systems for real-time AI inference.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning research, or a related technical role.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in Python and high-performance computing (CUDA, GPU acceleration).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
