- Conduct code reviews and technical mentorship to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical solutions.
- Ensure all systems comply with evolving data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a preference for experience in functional programming paradigms.
- Proven track record of leading cloud-native architecture migrations (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and data engineering principles.
- Familiarity with futuristic tech stacks such as WebAssembly or Edge Computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
